Pork Cheeks

The pork cheeks are derived from a hog’s cheeks. You can fry slices of pork cheeks on a skillet just like bacon. Alternatively, you can use it to flavour soul food favourites like black-eyed peas or collard greens.

Italians use pork jowl to make guanciale, a signature cured pork product.
