Pork Fillet

Pork fillet is one of the leanest and most versatile pork cuts.

Also known as pork tenderloin, there are many ways that you can prepare it. You can opt to grill, barbeque, roast, fry or stir-fry this particular pork cut.

Fresh Pork Product
No rind, no bone.
Pork fillet with chain removed, and trimmed of excess fat.
Long and short fillets may be boxed together.
