Pork Belly Sparerib
The underside of a pig is the fattiest part of the animal and is mostly used to make bacon and spareribs.
Spareribs are cut from the belly of the pig, from the front of the rib cage. They are meaty with plenty of fat.

Cage ribs of baconer pigs, cut not full cage.
Rib bones in product, rindless
with excess meat removed.
